We live in a digital age, a time where technology and human capital are primed to work in tandem. However, many leaders and HR professionals have not been utilising the full benefits of technology in order to gain the most efficacious outputs from their people and workforces. This was especially seen as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Many organisations that once believed their employees had to be physically within the building in order to be productive, were forced to be reactive; utilising Work From Home (WFH) solutions where possible.

In this session we'll focus a bit on those employees who have shared that they're actually working harder whilst working virtually (WFH). We'll also discuss how to manage expectations (multi-laterally) and how we as HR professionals should be the influencers who challenge traditional approaches to workforce management. We'll then close off the session with what organisational policies and advice, we should be recommending to our leaders, during and post this new normal.
